saw a car on the Friday. Tony the salesman helped me to look at it. Came back today to test drive it and buy it. Josh was great very friendly to deal with. Nothing was too much trouble . Gary was wonderful, really really good. He was helpful, had lots of information and answered all our questions, couldn’t have asked for any more. I have never bought a car from a dealership showroom, I’ve always just bought from eBay or privately. I have been to showrooms before and had horrible experiences and never wanted to go again, in fact I was quite scared. I came onto this site and read the reviews from other customers, some in similar positions, it seems the staff at Wavertree were honest, kind and helpful. I browsed their stock online and chose a Toyota Yaris, I called and spoke to a young chap called Josh, he was so courteous and respectful. I arranged to go and see the Yaris and if I liked it take it away. When I arrived I was greeted and shown to the car. Josh said to me, if you have any questions at all let me know, have a test drive and figure out if its for you. It drove very nicely and I enjoyed test driving the car. There was another young chap who helped me out, he was ever so polite. The team at Wavertree gave me the confidence to buy the car, I trusted them and I trusted their stock. I am so pleased I choose to buy my car here, I will forever recommend to others and if I ever want another car, I will only be buying from here. My Husband and I have bought cars from Wavertree previously, we love the personal touch and friendly and welcoming staff. Our most recent purchase was a Vauxhall Astra GTC, I haven’t had any long distance drives yet but I drive it to and from work and its lovely. Very pleased with it, thanks again Wavertree. We are not local to Wavertree Car Centre, but we found what we wanted with them and the price and condition was the best we had seen. The team were really nice people and very helpful.
