One transaction took way more time than it should take for team to process but I understand the technical difficulties sometimes any exchanges face. I appreciate the quick responses from support team for each of my support requests and my messages but I really like to see their quick resolution as well in any future support requests; technical issues which are out of support team hand and are dependent on technical team are excused. Overall good support team

  4. A young and not a bad exchange platform. The interface is beautiful, everything is convenient and understandable. Very polite support team. We made a good opportunity to deposit money in different currencies. The only things that need to be improved are speed and functionality.

    I want to withdraw my coins but can’t since verification does not work for American Citizens.
    Opening a support ticket was a waste of time.
